2023 Brothers Blend Napa Valley Proprietary Red Blend 1.5L Magnum

The Ellman “Brothers’ Blend” is meant to be accessible to a wider audience, showcasing our winemaking style in a wine with softer texture, ready to enjoy on a wine list or at your local retailer. 

Our grapes are harvested at night, carefully sorted, then fermented gently at a low temperature to extract just the right amount of tannin, while preserving the fresh fruit character.  2023 will surely become known as a classic vintage, with cool temperatures and long hang time.  The resulting wines are packed with color, structure and flavor.  The Brothers’ Blend shows juicy, mouthwatering fruit character—black cherry, raspberry, baked blueberry—along with subtle baking spices that linger on the finish.  This blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Merlot is as delicious as it sounds, balanced but hedonistic.  It is meant to be enjoyed right now but will age easily in bottle for ten or more years.
