Our 2016 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised of a tiny barrel selection of the finest fruit from our vineyard. With an intense, deep ruby hue, the 2016 exudes complex aromatics harkening the spectrum from cassis bud, orange peel and cerise to salumi—such as Lardo di Colonnata and Finocchinona. Balancing its truly refined nature with extreme power, the palate gives way to a myriad of fruit and floral notes from cherries and blackberries to hibiscus and violet, balanced with hints of cigar box, savory licorice and dried sage, and replete with mouth-coating tannins and a lengthy finish. This wine is incredibly focused; it can be enjoyed now, and possesses an age-worthy character to be enjoyed for years to come.  Magnum and 3L formats available.
