98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot (100% Ellman Estate Vineyard). Our inaugural release of the finest expression of our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a deep ruby hue with hints of violet at the meniscus. Layered aromatics of vanilla, boysenberries, crushed tobacco leaves and dried rose petals billow from the glass. The palate gives way to a myriad of dark fruits from cherries to blackberries, balanced with hints of cigar box, baking spice and sarsaparilla, and replete with mouth-coating tannins and a lengthy finish.
